USING THE RACK ‘n ROLL

The Rack ‘n Roll consists of a quality stainless steel frame with an elevated black heat resistant handle and 8 premium stainless steel skewers.

The product is designed to cook the perfect sausage and kebab in a few easy and simple steps.

So, let’s Rack ‘n Roll…


HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT SAUSAGE
USING THE RACK ‘n ROLL

Place the skewers through the centre of the sausages Open the securing arm on the right hand side of the rack

SKEWER

  • Place the skewers through the centre of the sausages

RACK

  • Holding the handle of the Rack ‘n Roll in your left hand, open the locking arm on the right hand side of the rack.
  • Place the sausages loaded on the skewers into the 8 allocated slots on the lower left side of the rack.
  • Bring down the locking arm. Pull it slightly away from main frame.
  • Slide lever under the main frame.

Place the sausages loaded onto the skewers into the allocated slots on the rack for the skewers Lock the securing arm on the right hand side into position

You are now ready to Rack ‘n Roll.

ROLL

  • With a few firm initial rolling strokes, push the Rack ‘n Roll quickly forwards and backwards across your preheated BBQ plate, to centralize the sausages.
  • Then roll the Rack ‘n Roll as required until the sausages are cooked.

you MUST use a paper towel to cover the handle end of the skewer Place the sausage into a roll and remove the skewer by holding the sausage in place with the surrounding roll

SERVE

  • Open the locking arm, covering the end with a paper towel.
  • To remove the sausages once cooked, you MUST use a paper towel to cover the handle end of the skewers, as they do get hot during the cooking process.
  • Place the sausage on the skewer into a freshly cut roll.
  • While gently holding onto the sausage in the roll, remove the skewer.
  • Add onions/sauce and you are ready to eat your sausage roll.

HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT KEBAB
USING THE RACK ‘n ROLL

Place the kebab content of your choice Roll as cooking desired.

PREPARATION

SKEWER

  • Place the kebab content of your choice i.e. beef, lamb, chicken, seafood directly onto the skewers.

RACK

  • Secure skewers into the rack.

You are ready to Rack ‘n Roll!

ROLL

  • Roll the Rack ‘n Roll until desired cooking of the kebabs is achieved.

Using paper towel over the handle end of the skewer, remove the skewer from the rack.

SERVE

  • Remove the skewers using a paper towel to cover the handles.
  • Slide the contents of the kebab off the skewer onto a plate.
  • Serve with a salad and you are ready to enjoy your meal.
