Return Policy

• All SnagMan products may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with them.
• Return must be within 7 days of the delivery date for an immediate refund or exchange.
• Refunds will not be made unless items that are returned are in new and unused condition and secured in undamaged and original packaging.
• SnagMan regrets that he cannot refund delievery charges or postage costs for returns. SnagMan can also not take any responsibility for any items lost in transit.
• Before you return your item, please contact SnagMan by sending an email to info@racknroll.com.au.
• Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase.
